TRAIN TO THE CLOUDS

It is one of the three highest trains in the world. surrounded by vertiginuos heights,travels among clouds to cross the andes. there are rides every day in the season from april to october, covering a total area of 217 km., in 15 hours. there are stops along the trip in the viaduct La Polvorilla, almost 4.200 mt high, and San Antonio de los Cobres. it takes fifteen hours to complete the journey.
Getting on the train not only means being in touch with a magnificent landscape but also experiencing one of the mayor railway proyects in the first half of the century.
